Downloads to be deleted by Sonarr are not being removed
Downloads are not being removed by Sonarr in v2.0.53. I reverted to 2.0.39 and the items were immediately removed.

I just tried updating to 2.0.57 and downloads were still not being deleted, though nothing hit the log for it. Once downgrading to 2.0.39, they deleted right away.
Updated to 2.0.58 and it's back in the log but still not being deleted.

I just tried v2.0.61 and the issue still exists. I can post the log but it's all the same. I'm currently running v2.0.39 and downloads are being deleted as expected.
That is set to No Action.
If I set it to any other option, wouldn't it take the action regardless of Sonarr handling the download? I want to make sure nothing is being removed unless it is successfully processed by Sonarr.
Hm yeah that's a bit confusing, but because you have that setting set, it overrides the delete command from Sonarr.
But when a torrent gets added from Sonarr, it forcibly sets the FinishAction to None on the torrent itself, so when the torrent is done it won't get deleted, but when Sonarr tries to delete it, it will use the default action value.
Why does it work as expected in older versions but not later updates? Was there a reason to change the behaviour?
I changed this behaviour in the next version a bit, it will again adhere to the request to delete files.
