This setting will do the job (dirty way): `"intelephense.diagnostics.undefinedConstants": false`

Hi! Same here, this emoji 👨‍🦳 gets splited into [ '👨‍', '🦳' ] that are these unicodes `[ 128104, 8205 ]`, `[ 129459 ]`. Also happening with other similar emojis....
