Same problem with 2.1.20. 2.1.10 works. The link https://complete-kotlin-prebuilt.louiscad.com/kotlin/native/builds/releases/2.1.20/macos-aarch64/kotlin-native-prebuilt-macos-aarch64-2.1.20.tar.gz redirects to https://download-cdn.jetbrains.com/kotlin/native/builds/releases/2.1.20/macos-aarch64/kotlin-native-prebuilt-macos-aarch64-2.1.20.tar.gz which 404s. In contrast, the link https://complete-kotlin-prebuilt.louiscad.com/kotlin/native/builds/releases/2.1.10/macos-aarch64/kotlin-native-prebuilt-macos-aarch64-2.1.10.tar.gz works fine.
