What format is the LCD screen firmware source in ?

[3D30_20221121.HMI](https://github.com/elegooofficial/neptune3pro/blob/main/Firmware/LCD/3D30_20221121.HMI) The link above I think is the source package for the LCD. What app was used to create/edit the HMI file? The Nextion editor does not recognize the file.
