Check the DB connection before the login. You have a very long dialogue, it is very unpleasant to receive an error at the end of the fill data.

@demget I agree, I sketched out a solution so as not to change anything in the current implementation and configuration. Cool if you make a better and more elegant solution!

My pull request is completely overridden by the current PR. I think I can close my [#481](https://github.com/go-telegram-bot-api/telegram-bot-api/pull/481) , the current implementation looks ok

The library is not working properly, please do not use it. I plan to rewrite it someday =)
