Unable to stop yarprun

platform WIN32, YARP_EXPERIMENTAL_CXX=true.

If yarpserver is closed before yarprun (*), it is no possibile to terminate yarprun anymore, neither with CTRL_C, nor by closing the window terminal (the window does not close). The process remains stuck in "zombie" mode inside the task manager.

(*) or yarprun is not able to communicate with yarpserver, maybe across a wireless network.
