Request/Failure description

Over the last 4 startups, twice the robot did not start due to an issue on the verification of one FT:

	542.425179	ERROR			from BOARD 10.0.1.7 (right_leg-eb7-j4_5) time=560s 475m 219u : CFG: theFTservice cannot get fullscales
	542.425220	ERROR			embObjMultipleFTsensors: BOARD right_leg-eb7-j4_5 (IP 10.0.1.7)   open() fails to serviceVerifyActivate... cannot continue 

Not sure which one is the issue, but one of them has been changed recently: https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/robots-configuration/commit/ed1bd64f2e21410fbd8949b50c47fe279dc3904e
