Request/Failure description

We have some important robot demonstrations in Turin in the upcoming weeks. We would like to ask whether it would be feasible to rely on remote support for minor issues, or to have someone available to travel from Genoa to Turin within 24 hours in case of an emergency. Here are the critical dates (including weekends):

  • November 3-9
  • November 17-20
  • December 1-14
