For anyone facing this problem, I found (fully - that is including the SQL, see README for statements) removing the extension and then reinstalling to work (in my case).
I've also had extensive troubles with this bug. Just now, a actually properly parsed seq of maps was doing just fine, until I used `second` on it, then it crashed....
