You can change the IP Adress in the default.ini. But i can't get the Plugin to work with IPv6 too. So i limit it to IPv4 Only since then saddly.

Have you configured the .ini file? And have you tried to set the .exe from the Conference Client directly into your Firewallsettings? For me i decided to change for Linux...
