I also got the same problem. In my case, I change a file name (checkpoint) instead of checkpoint.txt. This solved my problem.

@FanZhang91 I solved this problem. Just change the windows registry like below: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.js\Content Type data from 'text/plain' to 'text/javascript'. and then reboot.
