@rase- I just ran into this issue myself and I came up with a solution that is working for me on v4.5.1.

Not sure what the correct approach should be for these tests but I took a crack at it.

Ok thought about it a bit and took a better approach using `grunt-mocha` and `phantomjs`. I was able to complete everything you asked except using the es5 source code instead...
