Looking at your screenshot, it seems more a network connection problem.

You can test the application using the prepackaged docker container version. Followe thw instruction in the README. On windows, please use the "single" deployment setup: https://github.com/ArcadeAnalytics/arcadeanalytics#start-with-single-embedded-image
