Relevant issue : #775 #924 You are correct that the manifest flag isn't supported and no work has been for multiarch support for podman.
There will be the ability to pass arbitrary flags such as `--manifest` ; will this satisfy your requirements?
I'd be happy to adjust the logging / add more / etc. Is it possible to get a reproducer? Do you get more details if you run with `--verbose` ?
@ricardozanini Could you try running your CI with --verbose to see if that output helps first?
