For clarity, the current "Place"/place (which will become "Publisher Place"/publisherPlace) for the Book item type should probably follow "Publisher". I agree that we could use "Place" instead of "Event Place"....

A forum post suggests that this role should also be available for _journalArticle_: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/8565/?Focus=79818#Comment_79818

> Jurism maps this to `original-date`. That seems appropriate enough.

(and I don't remember if we already have a ticket for it, but it would be good if CSL would document such expected/recommended uses of fields. Similar to how https://aurimasv.github.io/z2csl/typeMap.xml#map-patent...

For CSL, should we add an "illustrator" name variable? Or is there something more generic which we could reuse for other roles (e.g. "artist")?

You're sure there aren't any reports that are published in a serial format, which would require the "pages" field?

If https://github.com/ajlyon/zotero-bits/issues#issue/6 goes through, we'd probably want "Event Place"/**eventPlace** (the place where the letter was written) instead of "Place".

We need more fields to cover those examples, including "Publisher" and "Publisher Place".

> The "# of Pages" (numPages) field (mapped to number-of-pages in CSL) should be added to letter. @avram, are you aware of any style guides that call for this information...
