Adding on to the request for data in Algeria, a user (see Desk 846) was looking for Bologhine (or Bouloghine?) in Algiers, Algeria. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bologhine I get no results for either...

I get a small amount of flashing with autoexposure on by itself, but it seems easiest to reproduce when it's autoexposure + map labels only.
