for those wanting to test there's quite some documentation on this link https://github.com/google/bbr/tree/master/Documentation a quick read shows that google uses bbr3 on their DCs so at least it feels promising...

tested on mediatek/filogic on kernel 6.12 by @rmandrad not related to this commit but mt76 (perhaps is kernel 6.12...) had to create two patches ... ping @nbd168 sorry for the...
@namiltd I would suggest not to include the mt76 patches as part of this commit. The patches I created was just to go over the hurdle of having mt76 working...
