ECS-CLI remembers old Target group ARN, refuses to take the new TG ARN

[Windows] Flipped texture and Performance drop when playing 240 FPS videos

I'm having this same issue with Windows textures being flipped on a HAP with verion 3.2.7, any updates here? I suppose I could just write a work around but wondering...
