DeSmuMAR.exe doesn't open no matter what I do

DesMuMAR.exe simply won't open. When I double click the .exe, all that happens is a command line window flashes open for a split second before closing again. It doesn't allow...

Enable option for vertical LCD layout

Currently the aspect ratios are calculated based on a horizontal screen layout. Can the option be added to allow for vertical LCD layout instead?
