pagination links do not meet minimum color contrast requirements

Closed as fixed via pagination changes as described in #6847

An admin's changes are not persisted on the Work Sharing tab when Admin Set does not allow access grants

As an admin user, I would expect to have access to the sharing tab regardless of the admin set settings, so option 2 seems to be the best way forward.

Update UI Layout of the Collections/Projects Release and Visibility Tab

Just to clarify for myself, it seems that the analogous interface in Hyrax would be the admin set interface, since the user collection interface doesn't have release and visibility settings....
