Can you compare against sndvol.exe?
No that's some ExplorerPatcher influenced UI. I'd like to see the actual sndvol.exe app window.
What the heck? Can you collect diagnostics via Settings too? I'll try to reproduce this but this is certainly unexpected! (Does restarting EarTrumpet fix this?)
It should open Notepad with a diagnostics log. A list would be great, as I'll set up a machine w/ the same configuration for testing.
