Windows SDKs are not actually guaranteed to be backwards compatible, so installing the _latest_ blindly would probably bad idea anyway.
Throwing out some other options to avoid the direct SDK reference: * [Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NativeDesktop](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/workload-component-id-vs-community?view=vs-2022#components-included-by-this-workload-7) VS workload * [Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools) nuget package (I presume the team already looked at all this though!)

No impact short term, I think. The windows crate won't bump msrv that high for a while yet.
