I tried that flash nuke tool. It did erase the device, I flashed back 0.20 HW 0.1 and it didn't change the outcome. I can reset to default, save settings....
For the record, my issues only happened with 0.20 and were solved with 0.202 (didn't try 0.201). NTSC 250425 board with original PLA. Seems there is sensitive timing somewhere.

I got a chance to try this. It didn't help. However, I did some testing and I am able to read Apple 2 disks that are already formatted just fine....
