remove unused code chunk

i have two toons multiboxed with a rb session on both with both on kombatant.. everything worked great until we got our chocobo mounts on both 1 and 2 toons....

Currently for PVP it does not support crystalline conflict. Would like to add ranked and casual and the others that are missing to the list please.
