How about the expression `Type1 | Type2` and `Type1 & Type2` alternative to `Union` and `Intersection` respectively. example: `x: int & Const = 42`

What is the current recommended approach for this? Just `apk add libgcc` or any better toolchain?

Any updates? Seems greenlet has already included Python 3.12 into their CI.
