ns clean doesnt respect package manager

We will remove `package-lock.json` from `ns clean` by default in a future release. Users will still be able to configure [`additionalPathsToClean`](https://docs.nativescript.org/configuration/nativescript#cli-additionalpathstoclean) and add it back, or a different package-manager's lockfile....

Pinia TS error

I'm using it in my `app.ts` and no errors here, please post package.json to compare versions, mine is at `"pinia": "2.1.7",` right now - haven't updated it yet.
