Thanks for the quick response @bram49 . We're thinking about our next (v0.8) release, and were hoping to have this PR included.

I suspect that this is related to the logo link in `html_theme_options` in `conf.py` but I'm not sure _exactly_ what is happening.

I wouldn't object to updating to the latest version of the theme. @adrinjalali do you have any concerns, since you were the last person tangling with the doc build?

I will probably skip the 'edge correction' and parallelisation from the original PR, at least initially; For right now, I want to make sure that things work.
