Thanks for the feedback. You are correct and the string doesn't exist in the docs repository because it's auto-generated from comments in the source, so it has to be changed...

I haven't merged this because there is a possibility that the docs are right and the implementation is wrong.

This appears to be awaiting a code change that has not been merged in, and might also require some reworking to make the API more like TCPClient. https://github.com/particle-iot/firmware/pull/766

It's a known issue. I have a task to look into it (26335).
