issue on requirement.txt

As everyone know, NumPy 1.22.0 requires Python 3.8 at least, but PyTorch 1.0.0 supports Python 3.7 at the highest. but requirement.txt wrote numpy=1.22.0 and torch=1.0.0。

下载最新的MODNet做人脸检测，在load_stat_dict的时候，报Missing key(s) in state_dict: Error(s) in loading state_dict for MODNet: Missing key(s) in state_dict: "backbone.model.features.0.0.weight" ..... 权重文件也是从谷歌网盘下载的modnet_photographic_portrait_matting.ckpt，https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1umYmlCulvIFNaqPjwod1SayFmSRHziyR 详细报错见下面截图：
