fix(getPlaylist): populate ArtistID and AlbumID

The [OpenSubsonic getPlaylist](https://opensubsonic.netlify.app/docs/endpoints/getplaylist/) spec doc lists `artistId` and `albumId` as fields for playlist entries, which are currently not being populated. This PR populates those fields.
