for text matches, return more positive PRONOM IDs where these are available

Where there are more precise format IDs for particular text encodings e.g. x-fmt/282 for ANSI, return these instead of generic x-fmt/111 plain text match. (suggested by Greg Lepore)

add other container formats (e.g. ISOs, .rar, 7z, .bz) for decompression with -z flag

the default install experience for windows users is: give them binaries, ask them to set up paths, run sf -update for signatures. Would be nice to make this easier, including...

fmt/1963 has a tab in the format name

There's a horizontal tab in the Format Name field for fmt/1963, between the words "Image" and "File" thanks!

Update the deb builder script (https://github.com/richardlehane/siegfried/blob/main/debbuilder.sh) to use the new default home ~/.local/share/siegfried rather than /usr/share/siegfried Explore also whether can make it a wildcard rather than tied to debian buster
