I'll close the issue as it's probably related to my local environment, and also as the CLI does everything I need.
First thing to do, is to double-check the PayPal, test/live, account settings.
Looks like a lot of data missing. I'd suggest dumping the return value from the curl call.
This sounds like the same issue I have since I upgraded to 2024.5.0, (for reference only, reported [here](https://github.com/blakeblackshear/frigate/discussions/11233)).
