Not working with webpack@^5.0.0

This solution worked for me. Looks as though this project is dead, but I don't see a decent alternative. I used [patch-package](https://github.com/ds300/patch-package) to ensure the change persists.

Deployment failed: Error: Status: 400. Code: InvalidParameterValue, Message: No Application Version named '886765199' found.

I was using the wrong AWS region...if anyone else ever has this issue...

Currently a blocker for us. Running docker compose takes 5 minutes to startup due to the error mentioned in the initial report.

@timkelty Also from the dev images in my opinion. That's where we're hitting these startup issues. Feels like it should be an opt-in for dev and prod.
