Caustics does not work and Animated Textures can crash the engine if Compress Texture setting is enabled in TombEditor

If the `Compress textures` setting is enabled Caustics with 64x64 size flicker and any other size does not render. Also animations randomly crash the engine.

SHOOT_SWITCHX has no collision and does not work if collision or mesh coordinates are negative
