Just wanted to give an update that a new version of Emacs (19.2) came out yesterday and I've upgraded to that version, but the problem is still there.

Thanks for your interest! What's happening here is that the stuff above the `======` in each file is considered a separate note (a note that consists of the empty string)....

The Twitter username seems wrong in `organizations.sql` (third column from the right).
