Visa Error Cannot open scope

I keep getting "Visa Error Cannot open scope" I have all dependencies installed. Not sure what is the issue.

Just got the scope to recognize that my computer is connected in line with it. I had to install RIGOL Ultra Sigma. It's about a 500mb install. Install hasn't finished yet but I'm pretty sure that was the issue. Will update when I know for sure.

Rigol UltraScope connects and works but PyDSA is not working on my Rigol DS1054z

I see the error message in the patch from Marcus but I don't see how I can correct the error. I'm trying to run the DS1054z version by Kerr Smith.
