I've it enabled and it does help indeed but not quite the same thing. Dense infill layer from SuperSlicer still more efficient IMO
I'm seeing the same issue. "Inner/Outer" options works fine, but if you select "Outer/Inner" or "Inner/Outer/Inner" it slice it wrong. Image attached.
