Enchanted book not selling

For some reason, just the Sharpness V enchanted book won't sell back to the shop. Other books sell back fine but that one specifically won't sell back if not bought...

Shops deleting themselves

I had like 500 something shops on my server and they all up and decided to delete on their own. Second time this has happened.
