Asset list should include source maps

Looks like the asset list provided by this plugin doesn't include generated source maps. I also noticed the manifest generated by https://github.com/arthurbergmz/webpack-pwa-manifest does not get included.

Can you add a refresh button to the Node Dependencies extension? It would make it much easier when you are publishing new package versions and trying to consume them right...
