ARM64 for Mac

I can't seem to compile an ARM64 version for M1 Mac. Any help would be appreciated.

It is showing a new message count for things that are in spam (like 412 items). Is there a way to not show those?

Won't Run Executable

I am on macOS, and when I try to use the executable, it comes back with permission denied. Any idea on this?

Damage or Broken

No matter What version I download for the M1 Mac it continually says the file is damaged or broken.
