For `noteheadDoubleWhole` and `noteheadDoubleWholeSquare` the `metadata.json` contains no anchor points for stems, they are needed for _longa_ notes. 
E0A5 (noteheadNull) is missing in `metadata.json`, although it has a width, so I would expect some bounding box information there. Am I missing something?
