Deleting an `accid` element should still keep the pitch encoded on `note` as an `@accid.ges`. (Then changing the pitch by arrow keys would again make it disappear.)
The `facsimile` (or the `surface`) element should carry an human readable identifier to reference the used image. This could be stored in the `@label` attribute.
