More uniform view for combined multicontent files on MTP responder.

Using version 389. I want to use the MTP responder to sanitize my game collection by transfering the game to the switch, then get it back from the "Installed games"...

ICD can't partition ACSI drives with firmware v4.00 and up

ICDFMT.PRG has its "Partition" button disabled. Works good with firmware 3.01. Changes to MODE SENSE are highly suspected to be the cause.
