I'm repurposing this issue for the instructor discussion questions we talked about in [this announcement](https://github.com/data-edu/data-science-in-education/discussions/586#discussion-6501492).

Hello! Are there particular datasets we should be starting with? I'd like to help if I can.

Update: We're now working on the `Program`, `Office`, and `Category` variables.
