The launcher does not have permission in that directory. You should not put your game in `C:\Program Files (x86)`. Try putting it on your Desktop instead.

It seems like you messed around with the launcher's directory structure. There should only be *locale-like* directory in `cddagl\locale\*` . Check that directory in your launcher path and delete everything...
