chrome does support this feature pretty much since 2012, so why should it be false in your opinion @cmaness-ncino ?

@swanijam can't reproduce it here with v3.6. Can you please retest it with the latest (3.6) version or check if something like @rickdmer had is the cause of your problem?

Can't reproduce that with v8.10.0 n my macos. What OS are you using? Have you tried deleting the node_modules dir and the package-lock file and reinstalling your dependencies

I dont know. The file lib is something that should be there. Maybe something went wrong in your npm isntall?

Have you run "npm install" in your bower_components/modernizr directory too?
