ST-Link V2-1不识别兼容品

ST-Link V2刷成ST-Link V2-1后，只能连接ST的芯片，连接国产兼容型号则显示“can not connect to target”。不知是我哪里疏漏了，还是确实就是这样，还望指教。

Fix calculation of Segment Address (Record 02)

Record 02 only changes bits 0-19 of linear address (where bits 0-3 are zero and bits 4-19 are specified). Bits 20-31 should not be modified.
