Same issue on my side, on my Windows and my Linux. Occurred after upgrading my server from 10.7.7 to 10.8.3, for any encoding (H/x264 SDR, HEVC SDR, HEVC HDR, ...)

Fixed after updating my server to 10.8.4 and/or restarting my server, dunno why :man_shrugging: FYI, I run my server with the official Docker image, maybe the 10.8.3 image was broken
