document that hard masking ignores -cx

The help message for hard masking says it masks "invalid" kmers. From other parts of kmc, I thought "invalid" means "count under -cx or over -cx". But looking at the code, "invalid" does not look at -cx. If that's correct, maybe make that clear in the docs and the usage msg?
