Set bed temperature in print profile, at least for MMU prints

Having the same issue. It makes no sense to me to change the bed temperature upon tool change. The bed temperature must always be set for the first layer material...

Does not show print time in file information.

@user32rtu Checked on the v0.3.9-34 version and can't confirm. For me it shows the print time in the list view. May be this somehow is related to the slicer's settings/generated...
